Psychotherapy
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to take a pause, re-examine their lives and the current challenges. Collaboratively, we will work together a treatment goal, be it an emotional, relational, or occupational. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Consultation Session
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your mental health to provide directions and concrete steps to better manage your mental health symptoms. Additional support is possible, which includes providing supporting letters or facilitating applications for resources.

Psychological Assessment
Psychological assessments includes intellectual functioning assessment, adaptive functioning assessment, psychoeducational & diagnostic assessment for specific conditions (autism, ADHD, Learning Disability, mood disorders, etc.), occupational/personnel assessments, and neuropsychological assessments.
Individual quote will be given after the intake session.
Children from minority-language speaking families have a hard time receiving culturally informed assessment. We walk the extra mile to provide non-English speaking assessment when appropriate. Currently, we are the only psychological service in GTA that could conduct Intellectual Assessment in Chinese*.

WSIB Assessment & Treatment
Compromised occupational functioning, cognitive functioning and prolonged psychological adjustment challenges are common after a work-related injuries. A proper and objective assessment is essential in estimating the impacts of the injury, the prognosis, and the return-to-work and/or recovery plan. Community Mental Health program also supports continual psychotherapy and counseling support during the recovery journey.

Family Consultations
Online or in-person, this service is designed for families who wish to pause, reflect, and better understand the challenges affecting family dynamics and relationships. Collaboratively, we will work together to identify goals that promote healthier communication, strengthen relationships, and support emotional well-being within the family system. Meetings are typically scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
